We want to improve the success rate of startups, early-stage, and commercial-ready companies. We know firsthand how difficult it is to move a great concept to market adoption. We want to help you. After 20+ years of being serial entrepreneurs we have a good sense for what works, what doesn't, and what to do at each stage of an entrepreneurial company's early life. We've taken all of our experience and that of our colleagues and made it into an actionable, no non-sense, hands-on growth and maturation strategy completely customized for entrepreneurial companies.

How to cross the chasm between start-up and growth stage with a healthy, balanced, attractive company has been an ongoing discussion between us and many of our colleagues for two decades while we were building our own companies, or were helping rebuild others that weren't going so well. There's no reason you need to go through what we did. Let us help you avoid the entrepreneurial horror stories.

J10x is backed by a set of methodologies, frameworks, tools, and hard won wisdom culled from the experience of many seasoned entrepreneurs. We've tailored our approach specifically for the next generation of entrepreneurs and their investors. Our passion is building your entrepreneurial dream into a commercial reality as your strategic partner.

You do the dreaming. We do the building. Get there faster.

Partnership Model

  • We look for a minimum six month partnership commitment for our services, and then we can continue for as long as you are happy with the value we provide.
  • Generally, we find that equity from the business affiliates with a discounted cash compensation for services and deliverables is preferred by most clients. This aligns incentives, rewards our mutual success, reduces our client’s cash outlay, and preserves their cash. However, every engagement is unique. We can be flexible and creative.
Inferior and costly alternatives we help you avoid
  • Searching for and hiring multiple, expensive, full time Executives
  • Hiring expensive consulting companies that assess, develop strategy, but don’t execute the plan
  • Entrepreneurial over-confidence “I can eventually figure it out”
  • Disjointed arrays of consultants
  • Slower growth, longer time to success
  • Lower valuation
  • Failure

Our clients

  • Entrepreneurs and investors in product and service companies, mainly B2B.
  • Industries such as high-tech, engineered solutions, med-tech, and health-tech.
  • Have some revenue or close to it (typically $0-$20MM annual revenue).
  • Have a commercial or near-commercial product or service.
  • Have a small team (typically 2-50 people).
  • Working on fundraising or have potential funding contingent upon bringing in additional talent to grow and mature the company.
